CHAMPS CAMP
As the summer Championship meets are just around the corner, the SBU swim staff wants to give you a chance to hone the details of your races to help insure your swimmer is at their best! We will spend time touching quick speed tips for each stroke and details surrounding, starts, turns and finishes. This camp is perfect for intermediate and advanced swimmers looking to place well at their upcoming Championships.
